"Fast loading.. overnight parking available on the street.. washroom available for drivers.. friendly employees"

"I don't understand why they take the key to your truck while unloading or loading, especially when the trailer tires are already chocked. It seems unnecessary, particularly in freezing temperatures. It would be much more efficient and considerate if they didn’t ask for the key in such conditions."

"Worst experience ever. They will take your truck keys while it's on the dock even if it's -5°C temperature outside. The lady at the counter is also very rude."
