Luggage Storage Shaughnessy Village - Radical Storage ✔

"This service is bizarre and I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re fine with the risk of not knowing whether there will be a place or whether you’re leaving your bag in the correct place. I booked here and got only an address and a very generic name in the booking email. I went to the address and it’s an apartment building. Their website says the booking confirmation will send you contact information for the location, but mine did not. So I tried the chat and while I was able to get someone and they were nice, they could not provide me any details about the location like what kind of shop I was looking for or what the outside looked like. They also said they had no telephone number to contact the business. That seems super sketch. There was a convenience store nearby but there was nothing to indicate that has the correct address or that’s a place with luggage storage or that works with this company. So I was hesitant to walk in and offer to leave my bag at a random convenience store. The fact that they don’t have a telephone number for a place they allegedly have a contract with is absurd. Don’t use."
