"I am terribly disappointed with their access policies and time slots. Since unforeseen events can happen at any time, like my current case, it is impossible for me to access my premises. Had I known this policy before paying and signing, I would never have agreed. Today, Sunday, May 31, it is essential that I have access to my premises. In addition, as stipulated, it is possible to open for a fee. I have no problem but it is unanswered."
