ISTORAGE Mini Entrepôts ✔

"No issues whatsoever. Clean and well kept. Bathrooms are ok. Parking is limited sometimes when I go, but it's not a big deal. Owner is a cool guy. No issues this far."

"Expect to be charged twice and have to argue with the merchant to get a refund. Expect poor or non-existent customer service. Expect to have difficulty accessing the garage doors to get your belongings in or out. They are very often blocked by other parked vehicles even if parking is prohibited. Expect to have to find the owners of these vehicles to move them. Be very aware of the time required by the merchant to complete the lease of a space. Finally, do business with any other storage company."

"Very bad service after being cheated for making automatic payment errors higher than supposed I had to take steps with my bank to recover some of what I lost and the owner still owes me money. I gave up since he never cared about his mistakes and never apologized and he tells me that his customer service is impeccable... he should have taken steps to correct his errors and as soon as possible and then it would have made a difference. So I advise no one to encourage this business in addition to that it smells very bad, go instead to the mini-warehouses of Boisbriand they offer excellent service and even if you leave before the end of your lease they reimburse you the difference right away!"
