McNamee Storage ✔

"We were ghosted by another storage facility and had to find a unit to unload in time to return our rental truck. I called this location, the phone was answered on the first ring! I asked about an available unit, was given the details, price and instructions. Upon arrival the gentleman was very friendly and helpful, and the unit was perfectly clean. Great customer service !"

"Not impressed. Went to purchase moving supplies. Hours on website and on the door stated they were open until 3:30pm. We arrived at 3pm and waited while 2 customers were served only to be told they are closed. When we stated that the hours posted were to 3:30pm, he just shrugged. We drove out of our way to give a local company our business. Absolutely terrible customer service."

"Very good service. The proprietor seemed to have a lot of common sense."
