"Update: I got a call from the manager the next day asking about what happened. I explained my side of the story and she apologized (sounded sincere) and she credited me for a reasonable sum to mitigate the experience I had with the employees. I had a 10:45 am appointment at this business to install a tow hitch. I made the appointment with a central booking but the office at the actual business called and confirmed. When I arrived at 10:30, I was told the installer didn’t come in until noon. When I asked why my appointment was confirmed by their office, the woman working just shrugged. After I voiced my frustration, she agreed to call to get him in sooner-15-20 minutes. He still didn’t arrive until noon. After I waited 90 minutes, his only response was a shrug and telling me he didn’t come until noon. It was so frustrating I just made another appointment at another business and left. I do not recommend believing in any appointment time these people offer."

"Because my personal information has been leaked and my account used not once but twice in the last month (by people with names that don't match a email that clearly has a name within it) and even after requesting my personal information to be completely removed from their data base, I continue to be contacted through text and or email. I refuse to have my name tied to it should someone steal or damage equipment with my name attached to it in any manner whatsoever. I have only ever actually used uhaul once years ago and truly regret ever using them at all. I guess the next step is to seek legal advice to protect myself from a system that is clearly broken. Avoid any and all uhaul companies at all costs. They are clearly incompetent."

"My first time using their service. I was late due to some unfortunate circumstances but Nicole the front office staff was phenomenal. Give her a raise Uhaul. I saw how she cheerfully assisted every customer. Keep it up."
