Shur Lok Self Storage ✔

"I am currently have a brand new trailer stored at Sur Lok storage. Within the first month and half, our new trailer battery was stolen from the front of our trailer. We are out a new 200 dollar battery. We are not able to pin point the day. So nothing was done. We now have to take our battery home with us.. what's next our propane tanks ?. So letting people there no, there is a thief inside the storage facility. Lock your stuff up."

"Worst customer service I have ever received! Over charges me a month after I told them I had moved my stuff out. Impossible to get ahold of them, would highly recommend anywhere else. Not to mention the unit was infested with crickets when I goty stuff out and had to deal with catching them all once I got my stuff out!"

"Drastically raised our rent...I hope they are upgrading their security with the extra money as we have been broken into and we were the ones to discover the fence was cut.We have to constantly ask for the grass to be cut around our trailor to keep the mice away. We don't mind paying for a secure storage lot but its getting frustrating.staff is very friendly tho"
