Longyards Storage - Ottawa ✔

"The management is absolutely terrible. Legitimately. They raise the lease rates whenever they want without notice it seems. You can not get in contact with anyone over the phone. They recently removed everyone’s sign off their yard spaces without any notice. Where are the signs?? They’re expensive to have them made. They have over charged me three times now. Double charged me on a few months. Had to get in contact with my credit card company and dispute the transactions as they don’t even refund your card. They’re like scammers. Twice now they have also put a pad lock on my yard space where I couldn’t access my yard. Payments are pre-authorized and I have never missed or been late on a payment. It took them days to remove the pad lock after figuring out their mistake. They have also de activated my entry code three times now where I couldn’t enter the yard at all. Again, NEVER been late or missed a payment. Almost impossible to reach anyone via the phone number and never anyone in the locked door office at the address. Snow clearing in the main travel space is supposed to be included. It’s terrible. Most of the time not done where you can’t get in if we have a heavy snow fall. I mean I literally could go on and on. I’m not one to complain typically, however they need to massively improve their operation. I see why so many tenants have left and they have ample availability. These are all factual and a full honest review of my experience."

"I’ve had an excellent experience with Longyards Ottawa. I worked directly with the owner, Chris, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made the whole process simple and straightforward, and went out of his way to make sure I had the right space for my landscaping equipment. The yard is clean, secure, and easy to access — exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Longyards Ottawa to anyone looking for reliable outdoor storage!"
