"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had booked a trailer to move and they called me 10 minutes before my reservation to say the trailer won’t be available. I had prepared to move and had everything ready to be loaded. THE WORST customer service ever. They then called from their scheduling department to give me ridiculous solutions, resulting in them canceling my reservation without my go ahead. I will NEVER use U-Haul again or refer anyone there. FIRST AND LAST TIME trying to use U-Haul…"
